Refund policy

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags intact to be eligible for a return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
